How to improve your stamina through exercise?
Neale Davis is a graduate of Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) in 1994 with a BA degree in History while minoring in Communications. After graduation, he began his teaching career as a history teacher.
A weightlifting session with a friend would drastically change the trajectory of his life, causing him to develop a passion for health and fitness.
After working as a fitness trainer with elite athletes and changing people's lives through inspiring transformations, Neale returned to school to earn a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania.
He has been an educator for 25 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator and currently serves as an instructor in the Natural Sciences Department at Northern Virginia Community College in Woodbridge, Virginia.
He has a Wellness Wednesday segment on several social media platforms where he tackles various subjects in health and wellness. He also has a Fitness Friday segment across the same platforms.
He is a highly sought after speaker and lecturer who desperately wants to see individuals become the best versions of themselves through health and wellness.
